Get to know the Inbox

Hi there,

Chat is run based on Wix Chat app, which offers integration with many chat channels.

To see how your site visitors and members interact with the AI chatbot, you can always visit your Inbox (Wix dashboard > Inbox) to see each messages sent.

Message sent with AI will have an "AI Answer" text which is only visible for business. (You can distinguish human replies from all replies!)
