Hi there,

We've release a new feature to enable site visitors/members and businesses to enable/disable AI chat in a conversation.

Send the following commands in the chat to do the followings:

/live: AI Conversation will stop, businesses should reply to the message

/ai: AI Conversations will continue, businesses should NOT reply unless sending a /live to stop AI before sending messages to visitors.

/reset: All previous conversations will be ignored by AI. Such action is not recoverable.
